LIVISTO promotes the prudent use of Antibiotics
Today is the European day of prudent use of antibiotics, an initiative driven by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
The aim of this institution is to raise awareness about the associated risk to the emergence of superbacteria as a consequence of an inadequate use of antibiotics and to promote its prudent use, both in human and animal health, with the aim of preventing the emergence of resistances.
As a pharmaceutical veterinary company, we are aware of the importance of the correct use of antibiotics and for this reason, at LIVISTO we carry on actions aligned with this campaign.
Last Thursday 14th, Sandra Campero -Global Director of Global Marketing Livestock- attended a round table about the use of antibiotics to show the LIVISTO perspective about the subject from the pharmaceutical and commercial point of view.
