After the great results of the past sessions in Sevilla and Madrid, this training was also a huge success with the attendance of more than 20 vets and clinic owners from Barcelona and surroundings.
The speaker, Pablo Crespán, veterinarian practitioner and AC Asociados consultant, explained the different business models of veterinary clinics with the aim of improving its management and optimising its services with a better growth potential of the clinic.
After the theoretical explanation, a practical session was proposed where the attendees analysed their own veterinary centre and designed a personalized and more optimal business plan which will improve profitability and efficiency.
LIVISTO is planning to organize more training sessions in other areas to help vets to adapt and implement all the management theory in their daily practice.
